This GLORIA scarf is the little sister of the GLORIA tee, a design born out of my love for broken rib stitches. A fascination with something bold and stately, something to look up to, combined with a sense of elegance and pure beauty. Just like the T-shirt, this design is simple: a playful interplay of knit and purl stitches. Always a pleasure to knit and to wear.
The name GLORIA was therefore not chosen by chance. It is a name with allure, one that matches the sturdy yet graceful character of this stitch pattern and design. A name that stands on its own, one that won’t be easily blow away. A touch of royalty, yet at the same time understated and thoughtful.

This little scarf is a small knitting project, with a fun and relatively quick result. A delightful little project for anyone in the mood for some relaxing knitting.
You start knitting this scarf from one corner. By increasing stitches on one side and later decreasing them, the scarf takes on its beautiful shape. Would you like to make the scarf larger or smaller? Feel free to play around with the number of increases and adjust it to your personal taste. That way, it becomes totally your own!

After purchasing this product, you will receive by mail the digital version of the pattern of this design.
